The Seven Days Clergy Have Met Their Match
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slimeseason 3, episode 10 opened with Hinata badly injured after taking an attack to save Rimuru. The Seven Days Clergy attempted to seize upon the opportunity and finish her off, butRimuru and his lieutenantsmanaged to protect her, even through serious magical attacks such as the Trinity Disintegration. About that time, a massive door appeared, and through it stepped the cloistered emperor Louis of Lubelius, as well as Luminus Valentine, both a demon lord and the god of the Empire’s primary religion of Luminism. The three members of the Seven Days Clergy present were killed by Luminus for their treachery.
Meanwhile, Diablo was still dealing with the other three members of the Seven Days Clergy elsewhere. He managed to get the King of Falmuth to surrender the throne to Youm, as Rimuru planned it, in exchange for protection. Diablo killed the Seven Days Clergy members with ease, leaving only one left alive back in the Empire. That last survivor was killed by a follower of Hinata’s using a disintegration spell, ensuring that the group would never scheme again. Luminus revived Hinata, and apologized to Rimuru for the trouble, finally opening the door for peaceful negotiation with Tempest.

Peace is Finally Established Between Tempest and Lubelius
Episode 11 ofThat Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slimeseason 3 is entitled “Reconciliation and Agreement.” Based on the manga’s chapter 98, viewers can expect to see the rest of the holy knights come to terms with the knowledge that their god is truly a demon lord. Most of them are surprisingly okay with this information, proving the Holy Empire’s forces aren’t quite as rigid in their beliefs as it would appear. Rimuru will seize upon the opportunity to broker peace, having a reconciliatory feast andinviting Luminus and the Great Saintsback to Tempest.
Of course, there are still those who don’t want to see peace between Lubelius and Tempest, particularly the Rosso family, who were shown to have been influencing the Seven Days Clergy to betray Hinata and frame Diablo. The story will also catch up with Yuuki Kagurazaka, the mastermind behind the Moderate Harlequin Alliance, and reveal more of his schemes and planning in progress. As it turns out, Yuuki may well have had a hand in this scheme of the Seven Days Clergy as well, putting him in a very powerful position.
