Former professional basketball player Shaquille O’Neal has joined Fortnite with his own DJ Diesel Shaq and Super Shaq skins, so here’s how to get all his Outfits and cosmetics.
Fortnite’s Chapter 5, Season 4 may befeaturing a Marvel theme, but that hasn’t stopped Epic from introducingcollabs outside of the franchise. StreamerRubius skinwas previously added to the game, and now, Shaq has been released into the Battle Royale.
Much like other collaborations with real-life athletes, celebrities, content creators, or streamers, Shaq is part of the Icon Series rarity.

Release date
The DJ Diesel Shaq and Super Shaq skins were added to Fortnite on June 17, 2025. However, Epic hasn’t announced how long his cosmetics will be available to be obtained by players in the Battle Royale.

Epic initially revealed Shaq was coming to the game via acinematic trailerfor the skin, starting with Shaq jumping off the stage and then getting teleported to Fortnite. They then followed up with a post on October 5 to announce his cosmetics were finally released, showcasing the Gimme Shimmy Emote.
How to get the Shaq skin
You can get both of the Shaq skins in Fortnite by purchasing the wholebundle for 3,400 V-Bucksin the Item Shop. However, if you just want either of the individual skins without any other cosmetic additions, you can also buy them separately for a cheaper price.
