Everything we know about the Palworld x Terraria crossover
A newPalworldupdate has arrived to the controversial game, and this time, it includes a massive collaboration with Terraria.
The crossover between Palworld and Terraria is one of the most anticipated this year. It was originallyannounced in November 2024; however, no further details were shared by Pocketpair.
Months later, apost on Palworld’s official X accountconfirmed that the release date would arrive within a few days and gave players a glimpse of what they could expect from Tides of Terraria with a new trailer.
Now that the update is live, here are all the details for this major update.
Tides of Terraria release day
The Palworld Tides of Terraria update wasreleased on July 05, 2025.
As announced, this collab changed how the game is played, as it added more Pals, three whole islands, new mechanics, and so much more content.

Players who venture to explore the new areas will be able tofind new pals according to each biome.
Additionally, aunique dungeonfeaturing enemies from Terraria has been added. There, players can gather materials to create equipment from the Terraria universe, such as the glowing sword from the trailer.

Several new mechanics have been introduced with the Tides of Terraria update.
Equipment & buildings
Six new weapons and 7 new armour piecesfrom the Terraria universe have been added to Palworld. Moreover, a standardCharge Rifle, Energy Shotgun, Overheat Rifle, Boost Gun, and Pal Recover Grenadecan be crafted.

The bravest adventurers can also go in search of enemy bases to raid. If they succeed, they’ll obtain newblueprints for buildingsrelated to each faction.
New skills for some types have been added, as well as unique ones:
The update includes a new missions system that allows players tofind and accept missions from islandersaround Palpagos Island. Each time a mission is complete, they’ll receive a reward.
Additionally,Zoewill have unique missions, and by completing them, players canearn her trust and recruit her as an ally.
Asingle-player challenge modeallows trainers to raise their ranks by facing off against the fierce warriors of Palpagos Island. They can set the rules for the arena, including banning Pals, and the multiplayer mode even has an arena spectator mode.
After each win, they’ll receive battle tickets that can be exchanged for awesome rewards.
