Nearly a year after the debut of the fourth film, the latest news finds starMartin Lawrence discussingBad Boys 5. The comic actor offered a hopeful response when asked about the possibility of another sequel, though it’s clear that the project hasn’t moved forward yet. “Me and [Will Smith] haven’t talked about an idea or nothing,” said Lawrence, “but the studio is.”
Though Lawrence couldn’t confirm the movie,his update is a good sign that things could begin to happen in the near future. If conversations are happening behind-the-scenes, that means interest is still high inBad Boys 5. However, until more information is announced, everything about the prospective sequel is speculation.
